Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase of any of our products or services, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is emailed to you from our payment service provider, and from us. This is normally in the form a invoice marked “PAID.”
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Terms:
Refunds are only available if the product is not working as it should or if there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved. We do not provide refunds if the user simply changes their mind or decides not to use the product. To qualify for a refund, the user must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue they are experiencing. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we find that the issue can be resolved or if the user has violated our terms of service.
Late or missing refunds
